Methi, Besan & Rawa Ladoo
Preparation & ingredients
- 2 Cup Gram flour/ Besan
- 1 Cup Rawa / Samolina
- 2 Tablespoon Methi powder
- 4 Tablespoon Clarified Butter/ Pure Ghee
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Sugar powder
- 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg & Elaichi powder each
- 1 pinch of salt
Recipe
Take 1 Tablespoon Ghee, add Methi powder, soak it overnight.
Take a pan heat it ,add 2 Tablespoon Ghee, put Besan, Rawa & saute very fast for 5 mins, add overnight soaked methi powder mixture, Roast it on the medium flame 5 minutes.
Once it’s turned golden brown, take it out on a in a plate then add, cardamom & sugar powder & sauté very well. Take out in a large plate. Make it warm. Make 1& 1/2 ” Ladoos, enjoy eating.
