Alu Wadi

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl & add water, make thick paste.

  • 2 Cup Besan
  • 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin & coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Til
  • 1 Teaspoon Ajwain
  • 2 Teaspoon Jaggery
  • 2 Teaspoon Tamarind paste

Take back side of Alu leaves, apply the Besan mixture, roll it & make a roll.

Recipe

Take a steamer, apply little oil, put Alu wadi Roll, cover it with lid, steam it for 15 mins on medium flame.

Once it’s cool take out, cut into 1 cms pieces, rounds, take a kadhai, put oil, make it hot, fry till golden brown & eat hot. Enjoy.
