Preparation & Ingredients
- 250 gms Arbi , wash & boil in a water for 15 mins, peel it & ready to cook
- 2 Teaspoon oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Amchur powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
Recipe
Take a pan, add oil, heat it, add all the above ingredients, once it splitters add Arbi & salt, mix it well , saute for 3 mins & ready to serve hot with Chapati, Paratha or Rice.
