- 2 Cup washed & chopped Bhindi in rounds
- 2 Green Chillies
Recipe
Take a pan, add 1 Tablespoon oil, make it hot, add 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power, 2 slits Green Chillies, saute for a minute, add Bhindi, 1 Teaspoon Salt & Sugar each, fry on the medium gas flame. Take out after 5 mins, ready to serve & eat.
