Preparation & Ingredients
Marination:
- 500 gms Boneless Chicken pieces wash & keep it.
- Take a bowl, put Chicken pieces, add 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger paste
- Mix it well & keep it in a refrigerator for 30mins.
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
Gravy:
- 4 Tomatoes Cubed
- 2 Onions Cubed
- 15 Cashews
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi crushed
Recipe –
Take a pan add oil, make it hot, add marinated chicken & saute for 2 mins, cook it for 10mins on Slow medium flame, once it’s done, take out in a plate & keep it aside.
Take the same pan, add oil heat it. Add onions & saute till translucent. Add Tomatoes, Ginger & Garlic paste, Cashews & saute for 2mins. Add 1 Cup of water & simmer to 15mins on the slow flame, add Red Chilli powder, Salt & Sugar. Once it’s cooked, take out & make it cook till luke warm. Put in into a grinder & make a smooth paste. Take out in a bowl.
In that same pan add oil & make it hot, add gravy & cook for 2 mins, then add marinated chicken & cook for 10mins, add Kasuri Methi & fresh cream, take out in a serving bowl & serve hot with Rice, Chapati’s or paratha.
