- 1 kg Chicken pieces
- 3 chopped onions
- 3 chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Teaspoon Garam
- Masala Power
- 2 Teaspoons Chicken Masala from (Supermarkets)
- 1/2 cup Coriander chopped
- 2 spoons oil
Marination
- Chicken
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 Teaspoons each
- Ginger Garlic paste
- 1.5 Teaspoons salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 5 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Marinate chicken & keep it in a refrigerator for couple of hours.
Recipe
Take a pressure cooker, put oil, make it hot, add the above ingredients one by one saute it for 5 mins. Take our a chicken from refrigerator an hour before cooking. Put it in & saute for 10 mins on medium flame, add 2 cups water, give 2 whistles & take out one the pressure relies. Take out in a bowl & Garnish it with Coriander & ready to serve.
