Recipe
- 1/2 kg Kolambi / prawns (removed thread & completely clean) to be marinated with
- 2 Tablespoons CKP Masala (from Supermarkets)
- 2 Spoons Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Spoon salt
- 4 green chillies coarsely ground
- 2 Tablespoons Tamarind Paste
- 1 spoon Turmeric powder/ Halad
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder/ Tikhat
For Seasoning
- 2 Table spoons oil
- 1 spoon Mustard seeds
- 1 spoon Cumin seeds
- 3 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hing
- 1/2 spoon Haldi
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander
Marinate Prawns & keep it on refrigerate for 2 hrs

Take a pot, make it hot on the gas stove, pour a oil, put all the ingredients for seasoning/Phodni
Put the marination of prawns in that, fold it gently & cover it with the lid for 15 mins & check with fork, once it’s done, garnish.
