- 1 kg Mutton in medium pieces
- 3 Onion cut lengthwise (saute in little oil)
- 2 Tomatoes Chopped (saute in little oil )
For marination
- 2 & 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 4 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Teaspoon Garam Masala / Mutton Masala
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon Curd
- 2 Teaspoon Coriander, Green & mint paste
Apply this to the Mutton for 1 hour minimum, keep it aside.
Recipe
- Take a cooker, put 2 Tablespoon oil, heat it.
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Tablespoon Coriander kernels
- 2 Teaspoon Funnel seeds
- 2 Cardamom
- 4 cloves
- 6 Black peppers
- 2″ Cinnamon
- 1″ Chopped Ginger
- A pinch of Asafoetida
Saute till brown, add marinated Mutton, saute till it leaves gravy on medium flame for 10 min, Add saute Onion & Tomatoes, saute again for 5 minutes. Add 2 Cup water, Put a lid & close it, take out 4 whistles or 10mins on high flame.
Take it out in a bowl, serve hot with Chapati or Rice, Enjoy eating
