- 1 Cup Kadve waal (wash waal, soak in a water overnight, wash it again, put in a cloth to take out Sprouts, put in warm wster for easy peel it) Wash it again.
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 spoon Jaggery
- 1 spoon Tamarind paste / 3 Kokam
- 1/4 Cup Grated coconut
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander
- 1 spoon Dhana Jeera powder
- 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 Teaspoon CKP Masala

Take a pan, add 2 spoons oil, make it hot, add 1 spoon Mustard seeds, 1 pinch of Asafoitida, 1/2 spoon Haldi, 1 spoon Red Chilli powder, put waal in it, stir fry for 2 mins, add all the above ingredients, put 2 Cup water, put lid & cook it for 15 mins in slow gas flame. Check it, if it’s soft means it’s done, take out from gas, garnish with Coriander, ready to serve & eat.
