Preparation & Ingredients
1 cup Tur Dal, wash & boil for 4 whistles

For Dough
1 cup whole wheat atta, 1/2 Tea spoon salt, a pinch of Turmeric powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, add water as needed & make Chapati gough. Make Chapati’s & cut it as square or Diamond shape. Keep it covered aside.

Recipe:

Take a pan, heat it, add 2 Teaspoons oil, adda pinch of Asafoitida, 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, add boiled dal & 4 cups water add salt as per taste. 1 inch Jaggery. Boil it for 5mins. Add Chapati pieces & boil for 5mins. Garnish with Coriander.
Ready to serve, enjoy with family & friends
