Egg Hariyali
  • 6 boiled eggs cut in cubes (wash, put it in a pot & put water till the Egg are covered & boil it till 12 mins on high 5 mins & medium 7 mins flame, it will be perfect cooked)
  • 1 large chopped onions
  • 1/2 Cup green chutney (recipe given before)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander to garnish
    Recipe
    Take a pan, add 2 Teaspoon Oil, make it hot, add 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, a pinch of Asafoetida, 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power & Onion, saute for 2/3 minutes, add green chutney, saute for a minute, add chopped eggs, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt( Because salt is already put in chutney), fold it gently, else eggs will break, cook for 3 mins on slow flame, take out in a serving bowl, garish with Coriander & serve with Chapati, Roti or Rice, enjoy with your friends & family.
