Preparations & ingredients
- 1 Vati each cauliflower, Tomato, Batata cubed
- 1/4 Vati Kothimbir
Season:
- 1 spoon Oil
- 1 pinch Asafoitida/ Hing
- 1/2 spoon Haldi
- 1 spoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
Recipe
Take a Utensil, make it hot & make seasoning, add Vegetables.
Add the above ingredients, cook it on the slow flame for 10 mins. Garnish with Coriander & serve hot.
