- 2 Cup Penne Pasta, put in a large pot add water 6 times more then the pasta, pinch of salt, 2 Tablespoon oil ,boil it till it becomes tender. Drain it & keep aside to cool.
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum chopped
- 2 Big Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Cup corn Kernels
Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Butter
- 2 Teaspoon coarsely ground Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Ginger
- 2 Teaspoon Chilliflex
1/4 Teaspoon Coarsely ground paper - 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Cup Tomato paste Sauce

Take a large pot, add oil make it hot, add butter, put all the above Seasonings one by one, put all the above vegetables & saute for 2 mins, add Tomato pasta sauce, add boiled pasta, saute for 2 mins, add 1 Cup mozzarella cheese, mix it well, serve hot & eat.
