Ivy gourd Fry Vegetable/Tindli Fry Vegetable
  • 2 Cup washed & chopped Ivy gourd in rounds
  • 2 Green Chillies

Recipe

Take a pan, add 1 Tablespoons oil, make it hot, add 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power, 2 slits Green Chillies, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, saute for a minute, add Ivy gourd, 1 Teaspoon Salt & Sugar each, fry on the medium gas flame. Take out after 10 mins, ready to serve & eat 😋
