Preparations & ingredients

2 Cup Rice, soaked overnight
Take a mixer & ground it with 1/2 cup fresh coconut & 1 Teaspoon salt, 1 Teaspoon Sugar, make a fine paste, add water till it becomes smooth batter.

Take out in a large vessel, ferment it for 8 hours. Once ready mix it well & add water till it’s thin consistency.

Recipe
Take a small kadhai, heat it, put a large spoon of the batter. Twist & spread it to cover the kadai from inside. Put a lid, add little ghee or oil. Once it golden brown, take out & serve hot. Enjoy eating with family & friends
