Mix Pulses Sandge
  • 1 Cup Chana Dal
  • 1/2 Cup moong Dal
  • 1/2 Cup udad Dal
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Cumin

Wash & soak all the Pulses in water overnight, drain it.

Put in a mixer with the above ingredients & coarsely ground it, mix well, don’t put water. It should be dry mixture.

Take a plastic sheet or muslin cloth, put small bite of Sandge, sun dry it for 3 to 4 days, enjoy eating Raw, in Vegetables & curries 😊
