Preparations & ingredients for Palak Paneer
- 2 Bunch or 4 cups of palak, washed, chopped & blanched (cook it in water for 5 mins, drain it, wash with cold water) it remains Lush Green🌿🌿
- 150 Grms Paneer
- 2 Chopped onions
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 4 green chillies
- 4 pods of Garlic
- 1″ Ginger
- 1 spoon Garam Masala
- 1 spoon salt & sugar each
- 2 Tablespoons cream &
- 1 Tablespoon Milk, mix it well & keep it
Put Palak, Ginger, Garlic & green Chilli & make a smooth paste
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, add 2 spoons oil, add 1 pinch Asafoetida & 1 spoon coarsely ground Jeera, add chopped onions & tomatoes, cook for 5 mins, add Palak Puree in pan, stir it well, add the above ingredients & fold it well. Cook it open for 5 mins, don’t put the lid ,else the green colour will change to a dark .
Take it in serve bowl put 1 spoon of Amul better to enhance the taste, before serving add fresh cream milk on top & serve.
