Paneer Chilli Gravy

Ingredients & Preparation

  • 500gms Paneer Cubed
  • 10 Green Chillies slits to half
  • 1 Carrot cubed
  • 2 stings Spring onions chopped lengthwise
  • 2 medium colour Capsicum Cubed
  • 3 Tablespoon Corn floor & put 1 Cup water, mix it well
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Teaspoon white Viniger
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil

Recipe
Take a large pot. Add oil & heat it, put Ginger & garlic, green chillies, saute, put Vegetables & cook for 2 mins , don’t cover with lid, add all the sauce ls & salt, add 4 cups water make boil it, add cornflour mixture & boil for 5 minutes, add paneer & cook for 5 mins on the slow flame it’s ready to serve, take out on the bowl & serve hot, enjoy.
