Prawns Koliwada

Preparation & Ingredient

  • 500 gm prawns
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp each
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – half
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Mix well & marinate to the prawns and keep it in fridge
  • Take a bowl, put 2 Tablespoon gram flour
  • Add Rice flour 2 table spoon
  • 1 tea spoon chili powder
  • Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • Salt 0.5 Teaspoon
  • Mix well & add little water.
  • Add marinated prawns in this, marinate this together for 30 min.
  • Add red food color 2 to 3 drops (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds/ Ajwain, keep it for 10mins.

Recipe
Take a pan, add oil, heat it & Fry green chilli first and then fry this. Arrange it in the serving plate & eat hot hot.
