Preparation & Ingredient
- 500 gm prawns
- Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp each
- Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – half
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Mix well & marinate to the prawns and keep it in fridge
- Take a bowl, put 2 Tablespoon gram flour
- Add Rice flour 2 table spoon
- 1 tea spoon chili powder
- Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Salt 0.5 Teaspoon
- Mix well & add little water.
- Add marinated prawns in this, marinate this together for 30 min.
- Add red food color 2 to 3 drops (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds/ Ajwain, keep it for 10mins.
Recipe
Take a pan, add oil, heat it & Fry green chilli first and then fry this. Arrange it in the serving plate & eat hot hot.
