Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce

Preparation & Ingredients

1 Packet of whole wheat Spaghetti, boil it for 15mins in a hot water with 1 Teaspoon oil & 1/4 Teaspoon Salt, drain it in colander or Chalni. Wash it with room temperature water make it cool & keep it aside.

  • 6 Tomatoes, washed, cooked, peeled, put in mixer & make paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Carrot cubed
  • 4 spring Onions cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 Large Tomato cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredders Cheese

Recipe –

Take a kadhai or Pot , heat it put oil & then butter, once it heat it put all the spices one by one and saute it for 2 mins on medium flame, add Tomato pure & make cook for 5mins add 1/2 Cup water. Once it’s cooked add vegetables & cook it for 5 mins with lid. Add spaghetti & toss it till its coated with the tomatoes sauce properly. Add salt & Sugar, lastly add Cheddar cheese & serve hot. Enjoy with your family & friends

Tip :: Super healthy, whole-wheat pasta is used but you may take it with normal one as well.
