Saute Vegetables
- 1 Tablespoon Broccoli
- 1 Tablespoon Cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon Capsicum
- 1 Tablespoon Beans
- 1 Table Carrot
- 2 Stalks of green onions
- 2 Tablespoon Spinach
Wash & Chopped all the above vegetables
Recipe:
Take a pan, add 1 Teaspoon Olive oil, heat it add all the above vegetables, saute for 2mins. Add 1 Teaspoon of Chilliflex, a pinch of salt & black pepper & oregano. 1/2 lemon juice, saute for 5mins. Take out in a plate & ready to eat. Enjoy with your family & friends
