Preparations & ingredients

  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 3 Cups water
  • 1 spoon Salt
    Mix all the above ingredient & make a smooth paste

Seasoning

  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 spoon Jeera
  • 1 spoon Coarsely ground Green chillies
  • 7 pods Garlic round slices
  • 2 pinch of Asafoitida/Hing
  • 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/Halad
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder/Tikhat
  • 3/4 Kokam/Amsul
  • 1/2 Cup chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar

Take a pan on gas stove, make it hot, pot a oil & seasoning ingredients one by one, once it sputtering, put Besan paste, kokam, sugar, stir it & cover it with the lid, cook it on slow flame for 10 mins, stir it again, till it becomes dry, then turn off the gas & serve hot with Bhakri, Chapati or Rice, enjoy eating.
