Preparations & ingredients
- 1 Cup Besan
- 3 Cups water
- 1 spoon Salt
Mix all the above ingredient & make a smooth paste
Seasoning
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Mustard seeds
- 1 spoon Jeera
- 1 spoon Coarsely ground Green chillies
- 7 pods Garlic round slices
- 2 pinch of Asafoitida/Hing
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/Halad
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder/Tikhat
- 3/4 Kokam/Amsul
- 1/2 Cup chopped Coriander
- 1/2 tea spoon sugar
Take a pan on gas stove, make it hot, pot a oil & seasoning ingredients one by one, once it sputtering, put Besan paste, kokam, sugar, stir it & cover it with the lid, cook it on slow flame for 10 mins, stir it again, till it becomes dry, then turn off the gas & serve hot with Bhakri, Chapati or Rice, enjoy eating.
