Stuff Bhindi Subzi

Preparation & Ingredients

1/2 kg Bhindi/Okra, washed dried, slit to half lengthwise

Stuffing

  • 1 Cup Besan/Gram flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi/Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder/ coriander cumin powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Lemon juice

Mix all & fill it in a Bhindi, keep it aside.

Recipe –

Take a kadhai, add 1 Tablespoon oil, heat it
1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power, a pinch of Asafoetida, once the Masala’s are saute, add Stuffing Bhindi & saute it. Cook it for 10 mins on slow flame, garnish it with coriander, serve with Chapati, Parathas or Rice, enjoy.

Cabbage Potato Vegetable

Preparations & ingredients

  • 2 Cup cabbage chopped
  • 1 Potato Thin Slices
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped Coriander

Seasoning
1 spoon oil, heat it in a pan, add 1 spoon each Mustered seeds, Jeera each
1 pinch of Asafoetida & 1/2 spoon Haldi
1/2 spoon Masala (any) Garam which I put today
Add vegetable & stir fry, cook for 5 mins, add salt & sugar, garnish with Coriander, ready to serve
