- 50 gms Mango Haldi/ Ambe Halad sliced
- 50 gms Ginger sliced
- 50 gms Carrot Sliced
- 5 Green chillies chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Mustered Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Black Salt
- 5 Lemon juice
Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Put it in a glass jar, keep it for couple of days & ready to serve. Enjoy eating with your family & friends
