Tomato Rice

Preparation & Ingredients
2 Cup Rice, washed & soaked for 30min.add 8 Cups water, Boil till its done 90%, take a strainer & strain it, put it in a plate & make it cool, keep it aside.

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Amul Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana
  • Jeera powder
  • 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon Red
  • Chilli powder
  • 1 & 1/2 Tea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Onion Chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Coriander chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 8 to 10 Curry leaves

Recipe
Take a large pan, heat it, add oil & Butter, add all the above ingredients one by one & saute, add all the Vegetables one by one & saute, cook on medium flame for 5 minutes with lid. Add Boiled Rice & Saute, Serve Hot with Curd & Padad, enjoy with your family & friends 😊😊
