- 2 Chopped Cucumber
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 1/4 Cup chopped Coriander
- 1/4 Cup each Ground nuts powder & Greated coconut
- 1 spoon Sugar
- 1/2 lemon juice
Phodni / Seasoning
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Jeera/Cumin
- 1 spoon Mustard seeds
- 2 Pinch Asafoitida/Hing
- 1/2 spoon Halad/Turmeric
Make a seasoning in one small kadhai.
Recipe
Take a large Bowl. Put all the ingredients one by one, Put seasoning, add lemon juice & other ingredients & fold it gently, garnish it with coriander, Coconut & serve, ready to eat.
