Khamang Kakdi
  • 2 Chopped Cucumber
  • 4 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 Cup chopped Coriander
  • 1/4 Cup each Ground nuts powder & Greated coconut
  • 1 spoon Sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Phodni / Seasoning

  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon Jeera/Cumin
  • 1 spoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 Pinch Asafoitida/Hing
  • 1/2 spoon Halad/Turmeric

Make a seasoning in one small kadhai.

Recipe

Take a large Bowl. Put all the ingredients one by one, Put seasoning, add lemon juice & other ingredients & fold it gently, garnish it with coriander, Coconut & serve, ready to eat.
