Preparation & Ingredients
- 1/2 Head Shredded lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes cut in cubes
- 1 cucumber cut in cubes
- 1 Avacado cut in cubes
- 1 Carrots Grated
- 10 to 12 Green olive slices
- Grated cheddar or parmesan cheese
Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon English mustard
- Half teaspoon sugar
Salt, oregano and chilli flakes as per taste - Take a bowl & mix all the ingredients
Recipe:
Take a bowl, keep all the above vegetables. Toss dressing in salad and top with Grated cheese of choice. Its ready to serve & eat cold or room temperature with your family and friends.
