Avocado Paratha

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Avocado’s washed peeled & mashed
  • 10 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 6 Garlic pods Crushed
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander chopped
  • 3 Cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup Besan /Gram flour
  • 1/2 Cup Oats powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • Butter or Green as needed for roasting Paratha’s

Recipe
Take a large Bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, put flours and knee a dough, don’t add water, add Olive oil & kneed it, rest in for 15 mins, make 12 Balls & roll it as Paratha.
Heat a griddle, put one Paratha, roast it till golden brown, apply ghee or butter, serve hot with Subzi, Dal, Chutney, Pickle or Curd.
