Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Avocado’s washed peeled & mashed
- 10 Green chillies finely chopped
- 6 Garlic pods Crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
- 1/2 Cup Coriander chopped
- 3 Cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup Besan /Gram flour
- 1/2 Cup Oats powder
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- Butter or Green as needed for roasting Paratha’s
Recipe
Take a large Bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, put flours and knee a dough, don’t add water, add Olive oil & kneed it, rest in for 15 mins, make 12 Balls & roll it as Paratha.
Heat a griddle, put one Paratha, roast it till golden brown, apply ghee or butter, serve hot with Subzi, Dal, Chutney, Pickle or Curd.
