Chana Dal, Rawa, Besan Chilla

Preparation & Ingredients as below:
1 Katori Chana dal, soak in for 2 hrs. Wash it. Drain it.
Take a mixer, add Chana dal, Rawa, Besan, 4 Green chillies, 1 Teaspoon Salt, a pinch of Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1 Teaspoon Ajwain, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi, 1 Teaspoon Garlic & ginger paste. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder.

Recipe:
Take a mixer ang ground it as a paste. Add little water. Make it semi solid batter.

Add 1 Tablespoon Coriander chopped, 1 onion, 1 Tomato chopped. Mix it well.

Take a griddle, heat it add little oil, put chillas with the batter. Roast it till golden brown. Server hot with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup, enjoy eating with your family & friends.
