Dabeli is a Gujrathi Delicacy, I made it for my friends for a coffee morning.

Dabeli made for 8 people as a evening snack
Preparation & Ingredients
Ladi Pav 16 from a bakery
Stuffing
5 Potatoes Boiled, peeled & mashed
4 Tablespoon Dabeli Masala
1 Cup Nylon Shev
1/2 Cup Pomegranate
1/2 Cup roasted salted peanuts
1/2 Cup Coriander chopped
Seasoning
Take a kadhai, melt Butter
1 Tablespoon Butter ( preferably Amul/Brotannia)
Add 1 pinch of Asafoetida
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
4 Tablespoon Dabeli Masala
2 Chopped Onions, Saute for 2mins
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Mix All the ingredients & saute for 2 mins.
Add all the above ingredients. Make mixture.
Take out in a plate.
Cut the Pav to halt horizontal, apply butter ,
Put 2 Tablespoon Stuffing in every Pav , Roast it in a Butter till golden brown on both the sides. Sprinkle Shev & Coriander, Pomegranate Kernels, eat Warm. Enjoy with your family & friends.
