Preparation & Ingredients-
- 4 Cup thin Pohe
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 Cup ground nuts powder/ Danyachi koot
- 1/2 Cup Grated coconut
- 1 Cup coriander chopped
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 spoon sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Green Chilli 5, coarsely ground
- 1/2 Lemon juice
For Seasoning-
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Mustered seeds
- 1 spoon Cumin seeds
- 2 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hing
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/ Halad
Recipe-
Take one large utensil Mix all the ingredients one by one.
Make Seasoning/ Tadka & pour it on top & lemon juice as well , mix it well with little squeeze, cover it for some time with lid (10 min)
Dadpe poha are ready to serve, Garnish with coronation & enjoy eating.
