Dadpe Pohe

Preparation & Ingredients-

  • 4 Cup thin Pohe
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 Cup ground nuts powder/ Danyachi koot
  • 1/2 Cup Grated coconut
  • 1 Cup coriander chopped
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 2 spoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • Green Chilli 5, coarsely ground
  • 1/2 Lemon juice

For Seasoning-

  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon Mustered seeds
  • 1 spoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hing
  • 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/ Halad

Recipe-
Take one large utensil Mix all the ingredients one by one.
Make Seasoning/ Tadka & pour it on top & lemon juice as well , mix it well with little squeeze, cover it for some time with lid (10 min)

Dadpe poha are ready to serve, Garnish with coronation & enjoy eating.
