Make a delicious
Oats, Jawar, Besan Spicy Pan Cakes
Preparation & Ingredients as below:
Take a mixer, add 1 Cup Oats, 1/2 Cup Besan/Gram Flour, 1/2 Cup Jawar Flour, 4 Green chillies, A pinch of Asafoetida, 1 Teaspoon Salt, a pinch of Sugar, 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1 Teaspoon Ajwain, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi, 1 Teaspoon Garlic & ginger paste. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder & 1/2 Cup chopped Coriander. 1 Chopped Onion & 1 Chopped Tomato.
Recipe:
Take a mixer & Oats, Besan , Jawar Flour, add 2 Cups water & ground it as a smooth paste. Add little water if needed. Make it semi solid batter. Add all the above ingredients, mix it well. Rest it for 10mins.
Take a griddle, heat it add little oil, put pancakes thick on it. Roast it till golden brown. Flip it. Server hot with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup, enjoy eating with your family & friends.
