Preparation for Spicy Puffed Rice/Kurmure Chivda

500 gms Puffed Rice
1 spoon Salt
2 spoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cumin & Coriander powder
2 spoon Red Chilli powder
6 pods Garlic crushed
1/2 cup ground nuts
15 Curry leaves / Kadhipatta
2 Tablespoon oil

Recipe
Take a large pot, heat it & add oil, add ground nuts & 1 spoon Mustard seeds & Cumin, 2 pinch Asafoetida, 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, saute for 2 mins.
Add Puffed Rice & all other ingredients, saute completely, mix well till the spices are completely coating Puffed Rice, on a slow flame, saute continuously for 5 mins & take out from the gas stove.
