Made a chicken with hung curd & fresh coriander with other spices for my family.
It was healthy & delicious. My family enjoyed it to the core.
- Chicken 1kg
- Hung curd 1 Cup
- Ginger Garlic paste 3 Teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
- Fresh Coriander paste 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
- Green chilli paste 3 Teaspoon
- Lemon 1/2
- Salt 1 & 1/4 Teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Recipe
Take chicken pieces in one bowl, add all the above ingredients one by one. Marinate & keep in fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Take out & put in the Air Fryer for 25mins on 180 degrees Celsius.
Take out & serve hot. Enjoy eating with friends & family
