Banana Bread

1& 1/2 large cup all-purpose flour/Maida
1 large cup sugar grounded/ Pithi Sakhar
4 whole eggs
225 Grams Amul butter
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 Bananas crushed
10 Walnuts cut in pieces

Recipe

Melt butter to the room temperature, add 1 egg fold it with spatula (Silicone is preferred). Add all-purpose flour & 1 more egg, keep folding the mixture, like this put all the Maida & 3rd & 4th egg, keep folding gently (halkya hatani dhavalne), the mixture will become like a thick batter, thicker than the bhajji batter/pith. Add Bananas & walnuts, fold it again gently. Rest it for 5minutes.

For Baking
Preheated the oven on 180 c degrees for 10 mins. Take baking tray
Put a little butter to grease it, make a thin coating so the bread should come out easily. once it’s done then baked.

Take the Batter & pour it in a tray, make it even.

Keep a tray with the help of hand gloves, be careful the oven must be very hot, no mistakes.

Close a over door & on 180 deg C keep it for 40 mins, once it’s done you can check with a toothpick, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clear, that means it’s done. Take it out.
Banana walnuts Bread taste so yummy. you can serve it with Hot Tea or coffee & eat it & be happy.
