50 gms Mango Haldi/ Ambe Halad sliced 50 gms Ginger sliced 50 gms Carrot Sliced 5 Green chillies chopped 1 Tablespoon Mustered Sauce 1 Tablespoon Black Salt 5 Lemon juice Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Put it in a glass jar, keep it for couple of days & ready
