Preparation & Ingredients 2 cups cooked basmati rice 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1/4 Teaspoon saffron 1 Teaspoon clarified butter 1 Teaspoon butter Take a pan, heat it, add oil & butter, put rice, saffron & salt. Toss it gently & once it takes saffron colour, serve it
