Chole
1 cup Kabuli chana
Overnight soaked Kabuli chane / chole
Boil in a cooker, take out 8 whistles till becoming tender
1 spoon Oil
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
1 spoon Red Chilli powder
2 spoon Chole masala
1 spoon Amchur Powder
1 spoon Ginger paste
1 spoon Black salt
Coriander to garnish
2 Chopped Tomatoes
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot on a gas stove, put oil & add all the spices, put Ginger paste Tomato, cook it for 5mins add Kabuli chane add 1 glass water cook for 20mins & garnish it with coriander.
Sevai Kheer
1 Cup Sevai
1/2 liter Milk
1 cup Sugar
Dry fruits powder ( Badam, Pista, Kesar, Cashew, Elaichi, Jaifal)
1 Tablespoons Pure Ghee
Recipe
Take a pan, add ghee, make it hot, add sevai & roast it till golden brown, add 1 cup water, add 1/2 ltr Milk, Add Suger, make it boil on a slow gas till the sevai is cooked, add dry fruit powder, serve hot or cold as per your taste enjoy eating.
Mini Batata Wada
Ingredients
7 Potatoes, wash it, Boil it in a pressure cooker with 3 whistles, peel it, break it unevenly.
10 Green chilies, 8 pods of Garlic, 1&1/2″ Ginger, put it in a mixer & coarsely ground it.
1 Cup Coriander
20 leaves Curry leaves
1& 1/2 spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar

1 Tablespoons oil, make it hot, add, 1 spoon Mustard seeds, 2 pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 spoon Haldi, add curry leaves, fry till dry add a Coriander mix it well, take out in a plate.
Take a large bowl, put Potatoes, add season, add salt & sugar, 1 Lemon Juice, fold it gently.
Make little balls of 2 ” & flat it little. Like tikky.

Take a kadhai & put oil upto 3/4 of kadhai, heat it.
Take 2 Cups of Besan/ Gram flour, add 1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon Haldi, add 1/2 cup water & make a smooth paste, add 2 Tablespoons of oil as Mohan in a batter, mix it well, add 1 spoon of fruit salt &
Deep Batata vadas one by one, take it out & put on kadhai, fry till golden brown, take it out fast. The Batata Vada’s are ready. Enjoy with Green fried
Tomato & Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
1 Cup Curd / Dahi
1 Tomato chopped
1 Cucumber/ Kakdi chopped
1/ 4 Cup Coriander/ Kothimbir chopped
3 Green Chillies chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar
1 Jeera powder roasted & coarsely ground/ Jeere bhajun bharda

Whisk curd, make it smooth in one bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, fold it nicely. Garnish with Coriander & ready to serve & eat, Enjoy
Yellow Lentils/Waran
1 Cup Tur Dal
2 Cup water
1 pinch Asafoetida
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
Recipe
Put it in pressure cooker & take out 4 whistles. Take it out curn it till smooth, add salt as per taste & lemon.
Poli/Chapati
Take 1 Vati Wheat atta, 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoon of oil, 3/4 Vati Water.
Mix all the ingredients well & knead it. Make small balls of atta, put it on Rolling board & Rolling Pin, Polpat latna, make poli and put it on the hot griddle & roast it, ready to serve.

2 Cup Water

Put it in pressure cooker
Close the cooker with lid & pot it on gas stove
Take out 2 Whistles
