Methi Paratha & Chutney

Preparation for Methi Paratha
2 Cup Wheat flour
1 cup chopped Methi
1/2 cup chopped Coriander
1 Tablespoons Green chillies, Garlic & Ginger coarsely ground
1/2spoon Haldi
1 spoon Red Chilli powder
1 spoon Garam Masala powder
1 spoon salt & sugar each
2 Tablespoons Curd
2 Spoon hot oil ( Mohan)
Water as need approximately 1 cup +
Mix all the ingredients & make a Chapati dough. Rest it for 30 mins
Recipe
Make 12 Balls & Roll it for 6″
Put on the hot Tawa, roast it to both the sides, put a few drops of oil or ghee, take it on a plate & ready to serve. Eat hot.
