Chicken Kheema & Dosa

Preparation for Chicken Kheema

1/2 kg Kheema
2 mediums size onions chopped
1 mediums size Tomato chopped

For Marination
1 Tea spoon Ginger Garlic paste each
3 Tea spoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 Tea spoon Turmeric powder
1 Tea spoon salt
1/4 lemon juice
2 Taaspoon spoons curd
1 crushed green chill
2 Teaspoons Chicken Masala/ Mutton Masala/ Garam Masala
Mix all the ingredients in Kheema & refrigerate it for 30 minutes

Recipe

Firstly take a pan put 1spoon oil out Onions & saute till golden brown & then take out, put Tomatoes, saute it till become tender. Take it out on a plate. In the same pan, put 1 Tablespoon oil, 1 pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 spoon Ginger, 1 spoon Fennel seeds, 8 to 10 whole black pepper, 2 ” Cinnamon, 4 cloves, 1 cardamom, 1 Bell pepper, saute it, put marinated chicken & saute for 5mins, put onions & tomatoes & fry again till it starts leaving gravy. Put a lid & cook it for 25 minutes on a slow flame, keep checking every 5 mins, once it’s cooked, the oil will start getting separated. It’s ready to serve, garnish it with coriander & serve & enjoy eating

Preparation for Plain Dosa

4 Cup Boiled Rice
1 Cup Udad Dal
1/2 spoon Fenugreek/ Methi seeds
Wash & soak overnight, next day grind it till smooth paste in a mixer.
Keep it covered for 6 to 8 hours, it will ferment, add 2 spoons salt & fold it gently for 1 minute. Add 1 cup of water for proper consistency.

Recipe

Apply few drops of oil grace it on the griddle/ Tawa & put dosa batter spread it circular approximately 8 to 12 ” , depending on the Tawa size, add few drops of oil, cover till it gets brown, take out the lid, make it crisp & take it on the plate to serve. Ready to eat

Sweet Chutney

Preparations & ingredients

1 lemon size Tamarind soak overnight
10 Dates soak overnight
1 Cup Jaggery powder
1 spoon salt
1 spoon Dhana Jeera powder

Put all in a mixer & make a smooth paste, boil it & make it cool, serve cold

Green Chutney

Preparations & ingredients
1 /2 Vati Coriander chopped
1/2 Vati Pudhina/ Mint leaves
1 ” Ginger chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon sugar
1 spoon Jeera
1/2 lemon juice

Recipe

Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & 1/4 Vati water, grind it till it becomes coarsely or smooth as per your taste.

Pl. Note: Get Nylon Sev from Supermarket

Serving

Take a plate, add Ragda ( spicy white peas), add 2 Patties, topping with chopped onions & Coriander, sprinkle little Red Chilli powder, put both the Chutney’s, Chat Masala & Sev, ready to eat.
