Ambyacha Pannha

Preparation for Ambyacha Pannha
4 Raw Green Mangoes, take out 4 whistles in a pressure cooker, take it out cool it.
Take out skin & seed, take out a pulp
2 Cups Pulp
1& 1/2 Cups Jaggery ( powder)
1/2 cup Sugar
2 spoons salt
1/2 spoon Cardamom powder
1/4 spoon Saffron
Recipe
Take a pot, Put Mango pulp, Add Jaggery, sugar & salt, mix it well. Add Cardamom powder & saffron, fold it gently, once it’s completely cool, put in a glass canister & store it in a refrigerator, it lasts for a couple of weeks.
Note:
When you want to drink it: Take a glass, add 2 Tablespoon Mixture & 3/4 glass of water, mix it well, put few ice cubes & ready to slurp
