Mango Ice-cream

Preparation for Mango Ice-cream
Whipping cream 250ml
Mango pulp 500ml
Milkmaid 250ml
Recipe
Whip the whipping cream for 10 min in the ice bath.
It should be double.
Then add milkmaid and mango pulp and whip for another 5-10 min.
Set it for 2 minutes.
Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hours & ready to serve & eat.
