Mango Sheera

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐲𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐚/ 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐚

1 Cup semolina/ Rawa/ Suji – Roasted
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Pure Ghee
A pinch of salt
1/2 spoon Cardamom powder
2 Tablespoons Raisins/ Bedane/ Kishmish
2 Cup Mango pulp thick
2 Cup water

Recipe
Take a large pan, make it hot add ghee, add Rawa, saute for 5 mins add water & make it smooth, no lumps, add sugar, cardamom powder, salt, no lumps, keep folding gently. Put lid for 5 min .cook on the slow flame, once cooked, add Mango pulp & fold it faster but gently, make it dry, repeatedly keep stirring for 5 mins, it’s ready to serve, enjoy eating.
