Sevai Kheer

1 Cup Sevai
1 liter Milk
1 cup Sugar
Dry fruits powder ( Badam, Pista, Kesar, Cashew, Elaichi, Jaifal) ( Almomds, Saffron, Cashews, Cardamom, Nutmeg)
1 Tablespoons Pure Ghee

Recipe
Take a pan, add ghee, make it hot, add sevai & roast it till golden brown, add 1 cup water, add 1 ltr Milk, Add Suger, make it boil on a slow gas till the sevai is cooked & the becomes thick consistency, add a dry fruit powder, serve hot or cold as per your taste enjoy eating.
