Egg Burji

Preparation for Egg Burji
6 eggs
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped Coriander
4 green chillies chopped
1 spoon each Ginger Garlic coarsely ground
Salt 1 spoon
1 spoon Garam Masala
2 spoon oil
1 spoon Amul Butter
Recipe
Take a pan & heat it, add oil and Jeera, Pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 spoon Haldi,1 spoon Red Chilli powder & fry it Put Vegetables & saute for 2 mins, add all the ingredients & cook for 5 mins, add eggs & salt, other Masalas, fold it gently, keep doing till eggs are cooked. It takes 3 mins. Garnish with Coriander, add butter & serve hot, ready to eat.
