Sodyacha Lipta/Dry Prawns Curry

2 Cup Sode ( dry prawns), wash it a soak it on warm water for 15mins, then take out a water, take a bowl to marinate, add sode( dry Prawns), add 2 spoon Red Chilli powder, 1/2 spoon Haldi powder, 1 spoon salt, 2 tablespoons Tamarind paste, 2 spoon Green chillies, Ginger Garlic paste. Then add 2 Garlic pods, 2 green Chillies & 1/4 cup coriander coarsely ground, mix all the ingredients & marinate well. Keep it for 1 hour.
2 onions chopped
1/4 cup chopped Coriander to garnish.
Recipe
Take 2 spoon oil, make it hot in a pan, add Chopped onions, saute it for 5 mins, add the marinated sode, add 1 cup water, put the lid, cook it for 10 mins in a slow gas flame, ready to serve Garnish with Coriander & Assal CKP Sodyacha Lipta is ready to serve with Chapati’s or rice
