𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐚𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐬

8 Ripe Alphanso Mangoes / Ratnagiri or Devgad Hapus
1/2 Vati Milk
2 spoon Sugar
1 pinch of salt

Recipe
Wash Mangoes & keep it in water for 2/3 hours, so the heat goes. Take out & damp it with cloth, hold it in north & south pole position in 2 fingers, squeeze it from down to upward to get better juice. Take out & squeeze the seeds in milk to get maximum raas, once done put pinch of salt & sugar, make it even by hand, it should be rough. Put that milk. The Aamras is ready. Make it cook & serve with Poori’s, Chapati’s, Poli, Parathas & ready to eat

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐮 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐚𝐤 / 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐳𝐢

2 Potatoes boiled & cubed
2 Tomatoes cubed
1/2 cup chopped Coriander
2 green chillies chopped

Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, put 2 spoon oil, 1 spoon Mustard seeds & Cumin seeds each, 2 pinch Asafoetida, 1/2 spoon Haldi, green chillies, then add potatoes & tomatoes, put 1 cup water, boil it for 5 mins. Add1 spoon Red Chilli powder, 1 spoon Garam Masala, 1 spoon Dhana Jeera powder, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 spoon salt & 2 spoons Jaggery, Boil it for 5 mins, it’s done, garnish with coriander & serve hot

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢 𝐧𝐚 𝐆𝐨𝐭𝐚

1 Cup Methi / Fenugreek leaves
1 Cup Besan
1 spoon each, green chillies, ginger, salt, sugar, Dhana & Jeera.
1/2 spoon Haldi
2 spoon Sauf, black pepper & coriander seeds coarsely ground,
1 spoon salt
2 spoon hot oil
Water to make a thick batter like Shrikhand
Add 1 spoon Fruit salt, make small rounds

Recipe
Take a pan to add oil, put small balls/ gota & fry on medium flame till golden brown, take it out & serve hot.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲

1 Cup Coriander chopped
1/2 Cup Pudhina/ Mint leaves
1 ” Ginger chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon sugar
1 spoon Jeera
1 spoon Dale/ Roasted gram or roasted chana
1/2 lemon juice

Recipe
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & 1/4 Vati water, grind it till it becomes coarsely or smooth as per your taste.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐨/ 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐬

1 cup green / raw Papaya, peeled & sliced
4 green chillies, slits
2 spoon Roasted Gram flour
1 spoon each Red Chilli powder, Dhana & Jeera.
1 spoon salt & sugar each
1/4 cup chopped Coriander
1/2 lemon juice

Seasoning / Tadka
2 spoon oil
1 spoon Mustard & Jeera seeds
2 pinch of Asafoetida
1/2 spoon Haldi

Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot, make tadka, put Papaya, saute for 5 mins, once it’s cooked, add Roast Gram flour & the above ingredients, mix it well, cook it for 5mins, garnish with coriander & serve.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐣𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢 𝐃𝐚𝐥

1 cup Tur Dal
1 chopped Tomato
1/2 cup chopped Coriander
2/3 kokam or 1/2 Lemon juice
2 spoon Jaggery
1 spoon Dhana, Jeera, Red Chilli Powder
1 spoon salt

Seasoning
2 spoon pure Ghee
1 spoon each Mustard seeds & Cumin seeds
1 pinch of Asafoetida
1/2 spoon Haldi

Recipe
Take a pan, make a seasoning, add tomato & churn dal to smooth paste, add in tadka, add 4 cup water, add all the ingredients, make it boil for 20 mins to 30 mins on a slow flame, garnish with Coriander & ready to serve

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐢

2 Cup Wheat flour
1 spoon Rawa
1 spoon salt
1 Tablespoons oil hot
1 cup + water

Recipe
Take a Kadhai, put oil, heat it.
Make a tight dough, make small balls, roll it as pooris & fry till golden brown

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐭 / 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞

1 Vati washed Rice
2 Vati water
Put it in Cooker Utensils.
Put it in pressure cooker, Close a cooker with lid & pot it on gas stove.
Take out 2 whistles
Bhat is ready to serve & eat.
