𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢
2 Cup Dudhi / Lauki
2 Tablespoons Chana Dal ( soaked overnight)
1/2 Cup Coriander chopped
1 spoon Goda Masala
1 spoon Tamarind paste
1 spoon Jaggery
1 spoon salt
Tempering:
Put one spoon oil
1 small spoon mustard (Let it crack)
Add 1 pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
Add ½ spoon haldi
1 spoon Red Chilli powder.
Recipe
Take a Utensil, Make it hot, follow the tempering above then Add 2 tablespoon Chana Dal(soaked), Add Dudhi/Lauki.
Cook on Slow Flame for 10mins. Garnish with Coriander & servehot

1 Cup cooked Tur Dal
1 chopped Tomato
1/4 Vati Coriander
1 spoon Jaggery
1 spoon Dhane Jeera powder
Tempering:
1 spoon Oil
5 Chopped Greens Chillies
2 pinch Asawari/ Hing
1/4 spoon Fenugreek/ Methi che dane
1 spoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds
Recipe
Make a seasoning on a pot & add Dal / Waran , pour 4 Vati water, other ingredients, Boil it for 10mins on the slow flame, ready to serve & garnish with Coriander & eat
