𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢

2 Cup Dudhi / Lauki
2 Tablespoons Chana Dal ( soaked overnight)
1/2 Cup Coriander chopped
1 spoon Goda Masala
1 spoon Tamarind paste
1 spoon Jaggery
1 spoon salt

Tempering:
Put one spoon oil
1 small spoon mustard (Let it crack)
Add 1 pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
Add ½ spoon haldi
1 spoon Red Chilli powder.

Recipe
Take a Utensil, Make it hot, follow the tempering above then Add 2 tablespoon Chana Dal(soaked), Add Dudhi/Lauki.
Cook on Slow Flame for 10mins. Garnish with Coriander & servehot

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐲𝐚

3 Potatoes peeled & cut thinly
1 spoon salt & sugar & Dhana Jeera powder each
1/2 Lemon juice
2 Tablespoons chopped Coriander

Tempering:
2 spoon oil
1 spoon Mustard seeds & Cumin seeds each
2 pinch Asafoitida
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder
2 spoon Red Chilli powder ( spicy)

Recipe
Take a pan, make seasoning, put Potatoes, fry for 5 mins , put a lid & cook for 10 mins on slow flame, take out the lid, add other ingredients, sauce it for 2 minutes , add Coriander & ready to serve

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 & 𝐂𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐚

1 Cup Curd / Dahi
1 Tomato chopped
1 Cucumber/ Kakdi chopped
1/ 4 Vati Coriander/ Kothimbir chopped
3 Green Chillies chopped
1 small spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar
1 Jeera power roasted & coarsely ground/ Jeere bhajun bharda

Recipe
Whisk dahi make it smooth in one bowl, add all the ingredients one by one , fold it nicely. Garnish with Coriander & ready to serve & eat , Enjoy

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐧𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 / 𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐲

1 Vati cooked Tur Dal
1 chopped Tomato
1/4 Vati Coriander
1 spoon Jaggery
1 spoon Dhane Jeera powder

Tempering:
1 spoon Oil
5 Chopped Greens Chillies
2 pinch Asawari/ Hing
1/4 spoon Fenugreek/ Methi che dane
1 spoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds

Recipe
Make a seasoning on a pot & add Dal / Waran , pour 4 Vati water, other ingredients, Boil it for 10mins on the slow flame, ready to serve & garnish with Coriander & eat

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢/ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢

Take 1 Cup Wheat atta, 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoon of oil, 3/4 Vati Water. Mix all the ingredients well & knead it. Make small balls of atta, put it on Rolling board & Rolling Pin, Polpat latna, make poli and put it on the hot griddle & roast it , ready to serve.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐭 / 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞

1 Vati washed Rice
2 Vati water
Put it in Cooker Utensils.
Put it in pressure cooker, Close a cooker with lid & pot it on gas stove.
Take out 2 whistles
Bhat is ready to serve & eat.
