Bhajani Thalipith

Preparation for Bhajani Thalipith

2 Cup Bhajani ( Mix grain flour homemade, Available in Supermarkets )
2 Onions chopped
1/2 Cup Coriander chopped
4 green chillies coarsely ground
1 spoon Salt
1 spoon Sugar
1 spoon Cumin & coriander powder OR
Goda Masala homemade (available in supermarkets)
1 spoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/ Haldi
1 spoon Ajwain/ Ova
1 spoon Sesame seeds/ Til
Water 1&1/2 cup, Mix all the above & make a dough, rest it for 15 mins

Recipe
Take a griddle/ Tawa, put oil & make the coating on the surface, make dough balls of laddu size & put on the griddle & tap it with hands like Bhakri or pancake 4″, make it 3 or 4 at a time, put little oil & cover it with lid. Turn in in 2/3 min & roast it on the other side. It should be golden brown, remove the lid once you turn it. It should be crispy means it ready, serve with chutney’ Curd & Butter & eat hot.
